General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Insura 24 GmbH in the field of insurance consulting and brokerage.

2. Services of the Company

The company offers the following services:

• Analysis of existing insurance policies
• Preparation of comparison quotes
• Mediation of insurance contracts
• Support with contract conclusions
• Customer support based on a mandate

3. Contractual Relationship

Insura 24 GmbH is not an insurer. Insurance contracts are concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective insurance company.

4. Compensation

The company is generally compensated through commissions paid by insurance companies.
As a rule, no direct costs arise for the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Customer Duties to Cooperate

The customer undertakes to:

• provide complete and truthful information
• provide relevant documents (e.g. policies)
• inform the company about changes in their situation

6. Liability

The company is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.
Any liability for services, decisions or products of insurance companies is excluded.

7. No Guarantee of Success

There is no guarantee of:

• conclusion of an insurance contract
• acceptance by an insurance company
• specific savings

8. Communication

The customer agrees that communication may take place via phone, e-mail and electronic communication channels (e.g. WhatsApp).

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the company's privacy policy.

10. Contract Duration and Termination

The contractual relationship may be terminated by either party at any time, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Changes

The company reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
